Maintenance
Our objective is to provide you with a quality well maintained residence. Please contact us at the first sign of a water leak and your request will move to the High Priority List. Due to the high lime content in Shelby County water it is common for hot water elements to fail. We do our best to have these request fixed within 48 hours. Hot water elements do not go out all at once, you will notice that your hot water runs out sooner than normal. When this occurs, you should request maintenance.
You MUST fill out a Maintenance Request Form (found outside the front door of our office) for each separate request.
Pest Control
We provide monthly external pest control service. However, if you feel you need interior service you will need to fill out a Maintenance Request Form each time that services are needed. This is a free service.
Our goal is to make you happy and to do everything possible to ensure that you live in a pest free environment.
