The application fee is a non-refundable sum of $50.00 dollars to pay for tenant screening service. Make checks or money order to Town and Country Apartments (WE DO NOT ACCEPT CASH). Any application not filled out completely will be denied. 

Your CREDIT SCORE determines the amount of risk a landlord takes when they agree to lease to you. The minimum acceptable Credit Score for Town and Country Apartments is 630. 

*Security Deposit is same as monthly rent

*water, sewer and monthly pest control is included in rent
